DAWN ON THE LAGOON

The water cradles the morning sky,

Soft light drapes gold across waking leaves,

while lotus breathes what dawn conceives.

The lagoon holds its breath between night and day. A silver mist drifts low across the water, blurring the line between earth and sky. Somewhere among the reeds, a lotus stirs, opening to the first touch of light. The air carries a quiet warmth, as if dawn itself has leaned close to whisper. In that moment, time feels unhurried, the world is only water, lotus and sky. Absolutely beautiful.
